Zetech launches with automation
and AI at its core
Zetech is officially live, bringing together managed Microsoft 365, cloud engineering, DevOps, AI automation and digital experience under one connected technology platform.
The launch follows months of development across the services, systems and automation that power Zetech. Rather than simply launching a website and a list of services, we built the technology behind the business around the same principles we use for customer solutions: automate where it makes sense, connect systems that should work together, and make technology easier to manage.
Automation from day one
For managed Microsoft 365 customers, Zetech can automate much of the employee lifecycle. A single ZeDesk request can trigger the provisioning of a new employee's Microsoft 365 account, licences, device enrolment, SharePoint access and Teams membership. When someone leaves, the process works in reverse, removing access and reclaiming licences without relying on a series of manual tasks.
Device deployment is similarly automated. With Intune and Windows Autopilot, new devices can be configured, enrolled and secured without requiring an IT technician to manually prepare each machine.
AI that actually does something
AI is also built into the way Zetech operates.
Our agentic AI capabilities go beyond generating answers. AI agents can connect to business systems, reason over information and take actions, including creating tickets, triggering workflows, sending notifications and completing multi-step processes, with appropriate controls and human approval where required.
ZeDesk also brings intelligent automation into the support experience, providing the foundation for automated triage, routing and escalation while keeping the full service history visible to customers and the Zetech team.
Cloud, DevOps and the edge
Behind the scenes, Zetech's engineering platform uses modern cloud and edge technologies. Azure infrastructure can be delivered through Infrastructure as Code, while CI/CD pipelines automate testing and deployment. Business processes can be connected through Power Platform, Logic Apps and custom integrations.
On the digital side, websites are delivered through Cloudflare's global edge network with CDN, DDoS protection, WAF and managed SSL built into the hosting platform.
Even getting started with a website has been automated. The Zetech AI Website Planner turns a customer's initial idea into a structured plan and price estimate, while Zetech Launchpad provides a faster route to a professionally branded website with hosting and Microsoft 365 email connection included.
